Shipping Methods

Orders to Canada are shipped with YunExpress (for now) but will soon be shipped directly from Canada via local couriers (specific courier to be updated soon).

• Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for all orders within Canada
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery is estimated to take between 7 to 15 business days.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by 5:00 p.m. GMT-5, Monday to Friday.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Please note that while we process orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by the local courier service, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@greatlakefashion.com.
If the cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been assigned. However, if you are waiting on payment or further action, contact us as soon as possible—there may still be time to accommodate your request.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the provided tracking number via our website or directly through the courier’s tracking system. [Tracking page] 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). We ask that all items be returned in their original condition. Please note that returned products must not show signs of wear or damage.
