Cancellation Policy
At Great Lake Fashion, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. To provide you with a clear and simple process, we've outlined the steps for canceling your order below.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request within 12 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line: “Cancel My Order”. The email should include your Order Number in the body of the message. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund if the request is received within the 12-hour window.
After 12 hours have passed from the time of purchase, the order will move to the production stage, and cancellation will no longer be possible. Please note that after this time, we can no longer make changes or cancel your order.
Please note that in some cases your order may be shipped before the 12-hour cancellation window has passed. If your order has already been shipped and you have received a tracking number, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you need to update your shipping address, we can make corrections as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
