Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

Step 1: Fill in the Return Form

Download the return form HERE and fill it in completely.

Step 2: Send Your Order

Pack the items securely along with the completed return form and send them to the address provided on the return form.

Important notes:

• Use a shipping method with a Track and Trace code to ensure your return can be tracked.
• Responsibility for Shipment: Until the returned package is received and processed by us, it remains the customer's responsibility. We recommend keeping your receipt and tracking details as proof of shipment.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we have received the parcel, we will process your refund within five business days. The purchase amount will be transferred back into your bank account.
